3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate business information in intake forms — inaccurate data will result in suboptimal results and does not entitle you to a refund. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through PayPal. Prices are listed in USD. One-time services are billed at the time of order. Monthly services are billed on the same date each month. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. We do not issue refunds for completed work.
5. Service Delivery
Delivery timelines listed on service pages are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines begin when your intake form is submitted, not when payment is made. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate intake information do not extend our delivery obligation.
6. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue increases. Case study results are representative of past performance and are not a guarantee of future results.
7. Free Tools
Our free tools (AI Scanner, Schema Generator, Citation Audit, Competitor Gap) are provided as-is for informational purposes. Results are previews and estimates, not comprehensive audits. By using free tools, you agree to receive follow-up communications from our team.

Content we create for you as part of your service order becomes your property upon full payment. Our platform, tools, software, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of bizl.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
bizl.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Governing Law
